Dinner: Pretend Red Curry

Tonight’s dinner came together nicely, and let me use up some leftovers. Basically, I cooked up some frozen broccoli (slightly freezer burned) and added a half bottle of Trader Joe’s red curry sauce (which had been sitting in the fridge. I like things spicy, and TJ’s red curry sauce is a bit mild, so I also added a squirt of Sriracha sauce.

That was served over brown rice. It was delicious. The meal was a little light on protein, but really delicious. There are no pictures, because I was hungry. And yes, I cheated. I’m okay with that.
